Complain

For months now I have been trying to assist my mother who was hit by stroke in 2018 with finding out if she has a house hold insurance with liberty as she has a life cover with them..

This who week I have been calling and been taken to one department after the next, iv explained to all departments that am calling on behalf of my sick mother, she can speak but unfortunately not so clearly and due to the illness she has forgotten some of her personal details such as the number she used to use.

All I want to know is who do we call? Does my mom have a household insurance with them? How can we claim?
