Compassion and Loyality

Good day,

I was a member of Liberty Funeral for the past 19 yrs.. I had a financial problem for 2 months and sent me an email, advising that the policy has lapsed, and I can pay the amount in 90 days and the policy will be reinstated. I made payments to them and when I wanted to know the balance so the policy can be reinstated, which I called the call center and was advised i will receive an email. I did receive the email and i was informed i can not reinstate my policy.

I am so so disappointed in Liberty.. Its been 3 weeks and I have not received my refund as yet..
