CMM 123 PTY LTD & Liberty

I was employed at a Liberty franchise in the West Rand. I was unfairly retrenched. We had a Ccma case and previous employer paid the money that was agreed on. I also had a pension fund, and when I phoned Liberty to find out about the process of the payout on my pension money, they informed me that the previous employer did not pay the September 2018 premium over to them and they can't assist me unless he do the payment, but it was deducted from my September 2018 salary.
