Closed for "lunch" and no one answers the phones - EVER!

When I see the amount of negative reviews you have, I can only wonder how you are still in business! So let me add my negative review... I've tried 3 times today to get hold of Liberty Corporate. The first time I called the 086 number I get told that "they're closed, only open again at 14:00" - WHAT?? Then I get given a 558 number - nobody's ever there. Anyway, long story short, you have been talking funds (by way of compulsory deductions thanks to SA law) every month for retirement annuities at various companies I have worked at. Law also states that not all those funds can be withdrawn on resignation or retrenchment etc, so... you are still sitting somewhere with the funds that legally couldn't be withdrawn. I have never heard from you again, apart from the first days of my employment when you were all too happy to get a signature. I want to know where are those policies now, want the documentation for each of them, and need my details updated on all of them. So one day when I don't have to hold for over 18 min at a time while you have "high call volume", kindly contact me so we can see how well the funds I was forced to leave behind have been performing. I do have my member numbers on these company provided retirement annuities so we can speed things up.
