Claim submitted successfully on 22FEB 2022 online but no one can find my claim now!

Claim submitted successfully on 22FEB 2022 online but no one can find my claim! I fail to understand the point of having an online claim portal when I can't use it to follow on my claim progress. Your call centre is clueless, they are not even aware of the portal. Can someone find my claim and call me back...I'm sick of this now!! LIBERTY LIFE IS USELESS!!!
