CLAIM **** PEOPLE AND MAKE THEM BELIEVE THERE LIES

This is the second time I am experiencing a problem with my claims the first time I waited 2 months for payout and had to call then almost everyday to find out what's happening and always got stories. This time around the same thing I must email after them and ask for feedback on my claim if I don't send a email they won't bother getting back to you I am so disgusted with this company and think they don't wanna pay people out what is due to them, I would never recommend any family members or any one to use this company they will drag the payments out so that you can forget out it so that they don't pay you out I am not the only one experiencing this but a few people I know as well I am beyond tired sending emails and calling after them were as they don't have one story but many different stories that doesn't add up. I received email this morning after I send them a email telling me that the payment is going to take over 30 days but two days ago the said they going to urgently process the claim. This company ****s people and advice people not to trust them at all.
