Claim - Pending for months

Good day, We logged a cliam on th 18/02/22, to date i have made numerous calls with little to no feedback. Im constanly calling and told the cliam is pending with the underwriters. this policy has been inforce since 2007 and yet after many years of premuims this is the service we get. I want this to be finalized, ASAP.
