Claim payment delays

I submitted a withdrawal notice from my Preserver fund on the 31 January 2025 and the financial planner advised me that the process take between 3 - 10 working days to pay out. I have stressed to him that I need the funds to pay for my university fees, should I not pay then I forfeit my registration. It seems to me that Liberty does not care to attend to the needs of their clients as they promise.
