Claim not processed

I submitted a claim on the 22/10/2021 with my broker but no response from Liberty whatsoever and very disappointed that Liberty is treating clients like this. i recently lost my father , even buried him this past saturday, but no claim was paid. i know i couldnt have missed any payment because it come off directly from my payslip.
