claim not paid up since liberty cancelled the wrong policy

i am so disappointed by the service that i am receiving from liberty in 2018 i had 2 seperate funeral insurance covers I cancelled 1 and on the letter i wrote i included the policy number of the policy to be cancelled, in October 2021 my mother passed away when i check with them they say she was cancelled and when i check the letter i wrote to them the policy number is the same as the one which is deducting on my payslip which means they cancelled the policy i never request to be cancelled. I have been fighting the case since october 2021 there is no way forward but still deducting the policy which i cancelled.
