Claim not paid since last year August 2023 Liberty income protection

I’m so disappointed with Liberty Life . Claim not paid since last year August for income protection . I’m frustrated I got a complications during 1st trimester of pregnancy . I get half salary now as I’m a high risk to do full description of my job Liberty life were supposed to compensate me . Whenever I make a follow up I’m been told that they are still assessing since last year August 2023. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend anyone to Join Liberty for income protection . The broker is useless .
