Claim not paid

Poor service , I'm so disappointed with Liberty I have sent my funeral claim on the 11.08.2020 , the funeral was on the 14.08.2020 , I haven't received payment , I had to go to loan sharks to borrow money to proceed with the funeral , Today its 17.08.2020 no payment has not been made yet ,I'm very disappointed with the service I received from Liberty .
