Claim not paid

I am not happy with Liberty life as I made a claim but there is no response from them whatsoever. I don't know if they want me to drive an hour to their offices or what because on their website there is an option to email documents of which is what I used. Please Liberty do what is right before you lose many customers because even what I see (reviews) here on hellopeter is really a disgrace!!!
