Claim delay with no reason! No feedback!

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of service and the ongoing delay in a claim that I submitted over a month ago. As of today, I have not received any outcome for this claim, despite having provided all the necessary documentation. The level of service has dropped. I should not have to wait this long. The reason why I have cover for dreaded diseases over these many years is to safeguard, why the delay?
