Claim Complaint

My name is Thokozile Mahlobo and we've been claiming with Liberty life for my late father Busy Daniel Mahlobo policy who passed away on July 2019. My mother went to the office at Braamfontein and was told that she needs to brings us her daughters with. Then we went to the office with my mother and they turn us back said we must do everything online. I did the claim and sent all required documents and got email from Faith Shanduka said the email was sent to court with value for Letter of Authority. It's been 4 weeks already and every time when i call I'm told i need to follow up with the court however they are the ones sent request at the court. I have spoken to numerous consultant who are not willing to assist who actually tells me the same thing over and over about the court thing. Today I spoke to the guy called Thapelo Molefe who asked me to hold and dropped the call while I was holding. I need Liberty life to release the funds of my late father...I am not getting any help and I'm using so much money to call their call center for assistance of which I don't get any help. Please Liberty need to dedicate people who are willing to assist and do their job and follow up with my claim. Kindly assist its been long since we running after this matter
