I had submitted a claim almost two weeks ago no one had acknowledged my claim only to receive a text message stating there has been some delays and it is gonna take about 2-3 weeks to process my claim. I'm so disappointed in them, I even joined their life cover policy and I'm now even considering cancelling the insurance because why.
