Change the name of Liberty's Living Lifestyle policy to Dying Lifestyle Policy

Please be aware of the Living Lifestyle policy with Liberty, its not all that you would think it is by the name of the policy. I am absolutely disgusted with Liberty on the decline of my claim for the Living Lifestyle policy I have with Liberty. Firstly, my suggestion would be to change the wording of this policy to Dying Lifestyle policy, because if you continue to Live you do not qualify. Secondly, it appears that I should ensure that next time that I have Cancer or a fatal illness before I can claim from Liberty, because only once a person is dying will Liberty approve a claim, even if you have paid your premiums for years... Liberty does not advocate prevention is better than cure, what this has disease to me mentally, the tests over the past 4 years, the Dr's appointments, the pain, the discomfort, but that does not matter because I did not have cancer, advocating that they will only help me if I am possibly going to die. I have had to spend thousands upon thousands of Rands to have some form of normal life on medical tests, medication, surgery. In December it was advocated that I have this surgery. Everyone always says prevention is better than cure, well not according to Liberty. Liberty would rather pay my policies out when I die one day rather than taking steps to prevent a fatal illness. The logic and view of this is nonsensible. The message you and the medical aids send out is to ignore any symptoms and once you have a life threating illness we will cover you, but you may die in the process. The banks are laughing all the way as you must take out loans to keep living and keep paying your Liberty premiums for no help! I have been poked, prodded, and cut up - do you know what this does to a woman, to their family, husbands, sons - No because we don't fit into Liberty’s box that they assess within. It is clear that there is no empathy, or logic and all claims are not assessed on merit but within your box like thinking. - I expected more from Liberty.
