Change back her pay date

My mother has been getting her pension through them since 2016. Along the way she extended her portfolio and somehow her pay date was wrongfully captured to the 02nd. She has been trying to correct it to the 22nd but still no luck. This is a head ache for her. They respond that they will attend to it but nothing happens
