Cession Letter
Up to this day my query hasn't been resolved regarding a cession letter that we still awaiting, service is really bad.

20 Apr 2020, 10:19please advise who was it sent to because we've been going back and forth as I explained we need it for recorded purposes, meaning we need it on paper, an attachment similar to a policy schedule that you guys send to client.
If this was sorted as per requested I would have sent this again.
