Cash out taking longer than 7 working days turn around

I am so frustrated now with Liberty STASH. I made a cash out since 1st August, today is the 16th August and I still have NOT received my money in my bank account. I have been sending emails and the whatsapp service, but they are just non-responsive. Please, I want my money.
