CAN’T COMPLAIN ABOUT SERVICE, BECAUSE THERE IS NONE!!!!!!!

I can always count on a reply from the auto reply mail after each mail I’m sending!! But looks like there is no one (person) working in the entire firm/office in the whole of South Africa, because I have had no success in someone contacting/assisting me with my query. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!! We emigrated and I would just like to know if they cover me on my life policy and if they do, what is the extra payment every month?? I’ve filled out all the forms etc but still NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME YET IN ALMOST A MONTH!!!!! BUT HEY!!!! We still need to pay!!! It’s sad that in this situation/time that we are facing in the world no one wants to help!! Well, what can I say....I’m not even going to waste my time!!
