Cannot get through

surely a company cannot be experiencing high call volumes all the time that one needs to get through to them. I had issues with getting through almost a month ago and the same is still happening. Are your call centre agents actually working, do they exist? Why do we need to complain all the time? Come on man! Well call me at your earliest convenience im canceling my policy. Cannot work with a company i cannot get a hold of when i need them.
