Cannot get hold of Liberty Life

I’ve been trying to get hold of Liberty for an update on my claim since the 3rd of December. Phones go unanswered. You will literally sit on the phone for 15 Minutes until you give up. I logged onto their website for a consultant to call me back, twice... still waiting. It’s like dealing with someone running a Ponzi Scheme!!!
