Cancelled Policy without my concern

I have been with Liberty for almost 16 years and everything has been going well until the month of July were I received messages that my premium is behind. They claimed that I cancelled my insurance but when Iasked my employer about this matter their statement was that Liberty did cancelled the Policy without my concern. I tried to call them but they have been sending me from pilar to post, I am very dissapointed with the service I recieved from Liberty. I spoke to Boitumelo regarding this matter and I was refered to collection manager. I even received an email as proof that Liberty has cancelled the policy and for it to be reinstated they expect me to pay for the months I owe. I wasn't aware that Liberty has become ****mers in terms of getting new policies.
