Cancelled policy still debiting
I cancelled my policy with you guys last month yet you are still debiting my account.. what for ? Can u return my money to my account as In yesterday.

07 May 2022, 10:54Hi Naome. My issue hasn't been resolved all I want is my money which they took. That's all.. I received an email from Helen to tell me that I have another investment which I don't know of , it was never there for two years when I had my previous policy and it was never debited all of a sudden it's there. Who signed it off? And what's the policy for ? Which day should I expect my money ?
