Cancelled policy - not supplying my tax cert!!!

I have posted on here a few weeks ago, with no resolution.<br> I NEED MY TAX CERTIFICATE. I cancelled my policy earlier this year. <br> I sent my tax certificate from last year to Liberty with ALL THE DETAILS ON of my policy. They say they need the policy number, inception date, and many other info details to be able to give me my tax certificate!! What nonsense is this?? I SENT THEM my tax certificate from the previous year. Two of my close friends work at Liberty in Information Technology - BOTH CONFIRMING that it is NO PROBLEM to retrieve this type of info. I NEED MY TAX CERTIFICATE - this is not on
