Cancellation of OYL gym benefit

So the only reason i have a RA with Liberty is because of OYL and specifically the gym benefit. My partner and i both use it. I know the Liberty RA costs are exorbitant but I figured it was worth it to get the other benefits. Now that the benefits are being cancelled I too am cancelling my RA with liberty. Yes, i'll take a penalty on the RA, and no, the OYL premium reimbur*****t is not enough to compensate for this. This says a lot about how little liberty value their clients. So tell me then Liberty, seeing as many like myself are now forced to take up gym membership via other channels, why don't you also reimburse us the once-off activation fees we paid when joining. It's obviously no longer once off as we'll incur this with our new loyalty rewards program provider. Utterly disgusted that you feel you can unilaterally and suddenly make this decision, considering all the clients involved. I for one do not trust Liberty any longer, this after being a proud advocate of OYL. This is embarrassingly poor business etiquette and shows a gross lack of foresight. I wish I too had the ability to unilaterally change the terms of a signed contract without incurring any legal obligations
