Cancellation and Refund Nightmare

After being with Liberty for multiple years, my financial advisor made some changes to my portfolio. This had us cancelling a few things with Liberty. After sending the cancellation request, they proceeded to deduct money from my account for two months after, struggling to get things properly cancelled and now awaiting refunds, what a mission due to their lack of service and ability to cancel things on time. Firstly sending emails to me without the documentation attached for the cancellation and refunds, eventually getting the documents and sending it back straight away just to be told your refund would not be possible because the cancellation was only done now. So now they are making it my problem for their lack of accountability and doing their job.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I am now sitting with 4 reference numbers from them just to get this sorted out, no wonder they dont know what is going on.
