Cancelation of investment

Hello Peter, I have an investment with liberty life I requested the investment to be cancelled on 09.02.2024 the consultant helped with the refund but their did not cancel the investment, because every month their still deduct money even this month. I have been calling,sending emails all I want is to stop deducting money and cancel the investment and when you call and request paper work for cancelation the say these no paperwork the Give you word of mouth only of which is unprofessional
