Cancelation / Debit order

I have cancelled my policy on the 29th of March 2023. The policy was not even 1 day old, Send a email Again on the 1st of April 2023, they phoned me to say its cancelled but jet today 17 April 2023 they deducted money from my account, where they authorised a debit order on my behalf 3 days after cancelation.
