Can I get my legitimate money?

Communication & Feedback is zero, unclaimed benefits are pulled apart and errenous information is used so payouts just dn't happen. I think Liberty not paying legitimate claims is ded wrong for money that belongs to you. Look at the rest of the Stars given by others, I am not the only one complaining. I dont want to hear excuses, I want my money. Review the number of emails sent. Give me a senior person that can take charge, make decisions and get this resolved. "I do apologize for the inconvenience" is not what I want to hear. I am 60, unemployed and don't have access to my money.
