Call Center redeems itself
Within an hour of my HelloPeter Complaint I was called by the call center manager and am glad to report that liberty life has redeemed themselves in my eyes, even handling other queries I have had with the loyalty program. I am a happy camper once again. Thank you Nibesh and team for responding to my queries.
