I am complaining on behalf of my elderly mum, a pensioner, who is being sent pillar to post regarding her dreaded disease cover. Her broker is silent, she keeps sending documents as per request, with no solution. It’s a year now that she is not receiving assistance with her claim. This is very disappointing as I do have policies with Liberty and now I wonder if it’s worth it to continue with this company!
