BREACH OF CONTRACT

I canceled my policy with liberty life because of lack of communication between them and myself as a client. They tell me I won't be receiving the premiums I have been contributing to close to a year. This is bad service. I ask for the contract I signed and there is nothing on there which I signed which binds me to this. The consultant does not apologise and eases the situation but makes it worse by not providing a solution. This is day light ******* and a breach of contract. I need these premiums so I could invest them in an insuerer that values their clients. I have been treated like a next to nobody and I have had to call in to request my policy number in the past without liberty sending it to me via email and or postal address. This is breach of contract and liberty should not get away with such treatment. If you want to forfeit my premiums from the past then show me something in black and white which I signed which binds me to this. And don't refer me to your financial adviser. I did not buy from the policy from your financial adviser, I bought it from Liberty Life. I am ready to escalate the matter to my Lawyers and to the life insurance ombudsman if needs be. This is bad!!!
