Brach of contract

In 2009 I open life insurance with Ruan by that time he was working at stdbank Brooklyn as my financial adviser. I told him that I want a life cover were I will benefit a certain cash while I am still alive. We did that. After four year when I check when I will receive my cash back as per our arrangements. I was told that the is nothing that I get they refer me to my another policy that I was aware of it. I called Ruan to explain why this happened. He told me the person who was amending my policy by securing my house bound he is the one who make that I should for fade the cash back. I told him why I was not updated cause I was paying my insurance for bond separately before he can recommend that I take that route he proposed . He promised me he will go nd investigate nd will revert back to me. Till today he never come back. I want liberty live to investigate the matter further falling let they give me my cash back that I was promise for the past five years. Or falling they should give me my money back I will seek for another insurance that will deliver better service without raising empty expectations
