Morning Mr D..... Please ask Old Mutual to confirm the accrual date on the directive for the below payment. It might be that, although it was paid in May 2020 (2021 Transaction year) that the assessment year is in 2020 in which instance a certificate needs to be added manually on e-filing to enable you to continue with filing.
