Beyond disappointed in Liberty Corporate! Process my claim!!!

I’m utterly disappointed in Liberty Corporate and the lack of professionalism in dealing with my matter. I have been waiting for over 2 months for my provident fund, but nothing till now. There has been delay after delay and it’s come to a point where I need to publicly call them out on this. I’ve followed up time and time and again with fruitless results. They make false promises to escalate the matter to departments that don’t exist and say it will take 72 hours just to stall time and keep your money locked up with them. The complaints department have been dragging their feet with the matter and I’ve still not gotten a resolution for the matter just in limbo regarding my funds. This is honestly a horrible experience, waiting close to 3 whole months for them to process this is ridiculous to be honest. Disappointed!!!
