Been with them for over 15 years. Lately cannot contact them, they don't respond to emails, but are happy to keep charging. Useless company and agents.

I requested a surrender, but Liberty repeatedly sent forms over several days, creating unnecessary delays.
Liberty’s own Policy Information printout reflected a surrender value, yet in an email, Liberty denied that any funds were due. I had to point them back to their own policy statement showing the surrender value.
While I am relieved the payout was eventually processed, the experience was unnecessarily frustrating, slow, conflicting, and marked by poor communication. Liberty should have been far more transparent and efficient in resolving this matter.
