Liberty to my account is *********** in resolving or settling claims. I have wasted over R 400,000.00 in the past 4 years paying my policy premiums.

They do not get back to you and leave you in limbo, and they do not know how to settle a claim. The manager’s manager does not even return a call. Absolutely pathetic service in a time of need. This is why I paid my premiums every month, for a situation as this. Almost three months since the event happened and still no monies paid…

Stay away from them is my opinion.
