Bamboozled

Quick to sign you up but very very quiet when you need help. Asked for a debit order date change and 6months later it is still not done. "Financial Advisor" literally ghosted me when I asked to cancel my policies. I had to call the support centre and currently waiting on supposed documents to sign to cancel my policies. The agent actually told me that I have to call back to follow-up on my cancellation request! The agent also told me they won't pay out my money ?????? They try to bamboozle you with financial terminology.... Incredibly disappointed and I will never recommend this company.
