BAD - USELESS SERVICE

In December 2021 i advised Liberty to debit my account on the 22sec of December simply because we got paid on the 22sec of December instead of the 27th normal debit order, they didn't even bother to debit nor call or advise instead they took the money on the 3rd of January which i didn't agree to such terms, sent another communication to debit on the 27th of January 2022 they also failed to debit on the normal date which we agreed on, they debited on the 1st of February who authorized the debit on the 1st where as I've been sending communication to liberty to debit on the 27 of January, would like the CEO to advise why Liberty is not following a simple instruction everyone knows in December we get paid early and i did everything possible to advise liberty, why would i sacrifice my money for such a useless company not following a simple request now my account is in minus because they debited on the 1st all my debit orders go off on the 27th
