Bad servis & *****

IBERTY INSURANCE & STANDARD HAVE JUST MERGED, I'm so frustrated! I insured my phone & laptops under the contents of the house & 2 weeks ago I was ******, and my cell phone was taken. I called Liberty to claim for the phone and now I'm told that Standard bank doesn't insure cell phones but only laptops. ****(The system stipulates this phone is not on cover. I have requested the calls of when the policy was migrated so we can confirm what was discussed)******* TO DATE!!! I'M STILL WAITING.
