Bad service, unprofessional and ******** 😡😡

I never took any funeral policy with liberty i just saw deductions on my pay slip last year around August 2022 it was all a ****. I went to liberty and found out that the policy was taken under my name and those people who are insured I don’t even know them. This Policy started April 2022 then i noticed during August, i visited Liberty Mthatha Branch for cancellation, the Cancellation that never happened even no it’s 2023 but they still deduct the premiums and they Don’t wanna pay back my money. I’m so Disappointed in Liberty, now the don’t reply my Emails i even wrote the cancellation letter but no one bothered to reply.
