Bad service, no updates

I hate how the consultants speak to their clients, I called in to request an update on my Two pot claim and all they can say is "it takes 20 working days" Yes that is something I Know however what I'm asking is what is the current status of the claim, Their WhatsApp line does not even provide the current statuses, My Close friend app**** for hers at Sanlam and on a daily bases they would send SMSs to notify her of the progress, Iyoh Liberty do better please all we want is to be kept in the loop!
