Bad service. no means at all to contact anyone at Liberty to get information.

I need to address issues regarding my policy, their channels to speak to someone does not work. When you try to phone, you cannot speak to a person!!!, the system asks for your info and tells you they will come back to you, its been 2 weeks now, many calls from my side and NO callbacks...its impossible to phone and someone picks up on their side...another fantastic BEE service..lets see if someone will call me back now once i complained on Helopeter... from Liberty!!!
