Bad service / no feedback

05/09/2021 15:13 called to add people to my policy spoke to a lady by the name of Lerato she advised that I must send an email with the details to liberty to get assistance today is th 17th they have aknowleged the email i have never received any feedback since covid they are providing bad service!!!!!
