Bad service - keep delaying payout

<p>Reading the other complaints about Liberty it seems that it is a common thing with them delaying and delaying payout of your funds. My wife was told 4 weeks ago that the payout happens within 4-6 weeks, now she received a new sms stating that it was only processed now and that it will take another 4-6 weeks. Glad she decided to take her policies elsewhere as I can only imagine what all the excuses will be once you actually reach retirement age. Just wondering who is earning interest on all the monies they keep delay paying out.</p>
