BAD service from Liberty life claims department

Estate Late Franco Angelo Zore - date of death 12/08/2022, I sent all the details to ***, on the 10/10/2022, which Liberty rep**** to me the very next day of outstanding documentation, I then got all this and sent it back to Liberty on the 21th of October. I have followed up so many times since then but the paperwork has up to date not even been processed. Mr Zore had one little daughter of 7, who needs this money that her dad left her, but Liberty doesn't seem to worry about this.
