Bad service

My mother has been trying to claim policies that my late father left for her and for 6weeks now, we have now been on the complete runaround, the managers are avoiding to speak to my mom. Its excuse after excuse!!!

One claim was successfully processed and now you saying the tax number is incorrect... im not sure how that can be?? As one claim is already processed???

Why must we fight and write bad reviews to get noticed and processed correctly.
