Bad service

They collect the money when the person id still alive but when they need to pay out. They come up will all excuses.... We submitted everything that was needed yet nothing when we call now they tell us about brokers that do not even answer phone calls. And it is bad time in our country with no money to make a living yet they do not wanna pay out a death claim
